New consulting concept for 100% customer focus

Dear Ermler community,

here is the next update from our construction site! Our main goal with this renovation is clear: We don't just want to become nicer for you, but above all more efficient, better, and faster. It is all about taking the customer experience to a new level.

In addition to the visible construction progress – work is currently in full swing on the drywall in the Mercedes-Benz showroom – a great deal is happening on the technical and organizational side as well.

Light accents in BYD design

We are also refining our exterior appearance. We have installed new floodlights that automatically create the perfect mood in the evening. The special feature: They shine in the special silver RAL color of BYD. This coordinated, indirect lighting provides a unique atmosphere at night and perfectly showcases our vehicles.

The future of consulting: "Semi-Public Consultant"

But the biggest change is taking place in the way we work. In close coordination with Mercedes-Benz, we are introducing a new space and consulting concept: the Semi-Public Consultant.

What does that mean in concrete terms? In the future, we will separate administrative work from personal consulting.

1. The back office: Our employees will have their own quiet area where they can work efficiently, make phone calls, and process emails – without any distractions.

2. The consulting zones: Two free consulting stations ("Semi-Public") are being created in the showroom. These are not permanently assigned to one employee but are available exclusively for customer conversations.

This new concept brings decisive advantages for your experience with us:

• 100% focus: When you have an appointment, the employee comes from the back office to you at the consulting station. There are no ringing phones or interruptions by colleagues there. The time belongs entirely to you and your concerns.

• Clean ambience: Since these stations are not used for "living" and daily work, they are always tidy, clean, and inviting.

• Faster processing: Thanks to the uninterrupted time in the back office, we can handle administrative tasks for you more quickly.
