The renovation at the Ermler am See car dealership is visibly progressing. The first work on the new base plate has already begun – an important step, because it creates additional space at the back of our premises. This gain will create more room for the showroom, warehouse, and workshop in the future – exactly those indoor square meters that are crucial for efficient daily operations.
Some rooms will be used very differently later on – once the renovation is complete: Meeting rooms, additional offices, and dedicated areas for internal departments are planned. Currently, some of the offices are already finished, while other areas have to move at short notice depending on construction progress. This shows how dynamic the next few weeks will be.
The renovation is also noticeable for customers: The customer parking lot remains as usual towards Weiden, but the path to the current area may temporarily be a bit longer, as workshop operations are currently organized within the renovation area.
