The renovation at the Ermler car dealership by the lake is making great strides: by early March, our new Mercedes-Benz showroom will be almost complete. Currently, the final details are being wrapped up – very soon you will be able to visit the area in person and see the new concept for yourself.
Open consultation zones for more peace and quiet during conversations
A central element in the new showroom are the two open consultation zones – just as you have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz. These spaces are deliberately not permanently staffed. This means: every employee – whether from sales or the workshop – can welcome customers here and discuss matters in peace.
The advantage: workstations remain clean and tidy, there are no distracting phones during consultation conversations, and communication becomes significantly more relaxed and focused.
“Light” showroom opening at the end of March
At the end of March, we will be holding a light showroom opening. "Light" because our project goes far beyond a showroom: we are renovating almost the entire existing facility, every square meter is being renewed, workshop areas are also being revamped, and additional extensions are being built.
The grand opening celebration is planned for 2027 – once all renovation phases are complete. Until then, we will continue to provide regular insights into our progress and keep you up to date.
