Your Tasks
- Ongoing bookkeeping up to pre-balance sheet
- Processing and reporting of company taxes and duties
- Handling of payment transactions
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing reconciliation work
- Dunning process and open items management
- Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
- Correspondence with authorities, public agencies, banks, customers, suppliers, and the tax consultant
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education (HAS/HAK/FH/University)
- Successfully completed accountant examination is an advantage
- Professional experience in bookkeeping
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working
- High affinity for numbers
- Analytical mindset
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems and MS-Office
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good rhetoric and manners
- Team-oriented
