Your tasks
- Ongoing accounting up to the trial balance
- Processing and reporting of business taxes and duties
- Processing of payment transactions
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing coordination work
- Dunning and OP management
- Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
- Correspondence with offices, authorities, banks, customers, suppliers and the tax advisor
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training (HAS/HAK/FH/University)
- Successfully passed accountant exam is an advantage
- Professional experience in accounting
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- High affinity for numbers
- Analytical thinking
- Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German
