A big moment for us: For the first time, we can show the new Mercedes-Benz showroom at the Ermler am See dealership – and it is nearly finished. With this renovation, we are not only creating a more modern environment, but a genuine brand experience that takes consulting, comfort, and digital presentation to a new level.
New main entrance – arrive and feel at home
In the future, access will be via a new main entrance with an automatic sliding door. From the moment you enter, it is clear that an area has been created that feels welcoming while perfectly reflecting the world of Mercedes-Benz.
Floor design with character
A special highlight is the new floor combination:
black natural stone in the showroom area meets wooden flooring in the customer area. This mix of materials ensures a high-quality, modern ambiance and creates a clear, stylish separation between vehicle presentation and consulting.
New customer waiting area
Located directly in the showroom is the new waiting area for customers – designed to be spacious and deliberately focused on a comfortable atmosphere. This makes the waiting time pleasant.
Digital screens for consulting and vehicle presentation
A central element of the modernization are the new screens, which were implemented in close coordination with Mercedes-Benz. They are already active and offer new possibilities in consulting:
Employees can transmit content directly from laptops or other devices to the screens – even for quick visualizations during a conversation. In addition, the system is designed to display content appropriate to the respective prospective customer during scheduled appointments – an important step toward even more professional and personalized consulting.
Lighting concept with Mercedes-Benz character
The new showroom also makes a statement with its lighting: indirect lighting complements the Mercedes-Benz ambient lighting concept. Depending on the mood, the lighting can be set in different colors, contributing to the modern overall effect of the room.
Showroom opening during the Spring Auto Event
