Our team participated in the official Mercedes-Benz Global Training in Salzburg – an international training platform that educates employees of Mercedes-Benz dealerships worldwide. The content ranges from technical fundamentals and new product features to current developments in sales and service.
The training is based on the "Mercedes-Benz Way of Learning" and focuses on continuous professional development. Whether in sales, service, or technology – all departments are given the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in a targeted manner and adapt processes to modern requirements.
In Salzburg, the latest Mercedes-Benz models were presented and could be test-driven on-site. This provided our team with not only theoretical insights but also practical impressions of driving characteristics, assistance systems, and technical details. This direct experience helps to advise customers more precisely and with more expertise afterward.
In addition to the professional content, the training also offered space for exchange with other dealerships. Experiences, best practices, and different approaches were discussed and provide valuable impetus for our daily work at the dealership.
